As a full time mom of two busy little boys and a wife to a hard working paramedic, I had to build sustainable health & fitness habits that would fit my crazy mom life, from the comfort and convenience of home.​ Using all that I've learnt on my own journey, I created Jenelle Hilsen Health & Fitness to inspire and encourage other women to prioritize their own health through a personalized, supportive (yet actually affordable) online health & fitness experience.
